​Perched above the Puget Sound, this garden estate offers sweeping vistas of Mutiny Bay, the marshland bird sanctuary, and the distant Olympic Mountains from nearly every angle. Since 2021, close to an acre has been transformed with a substantial retaining wall embracing the marsh edge, a broad front lawn and cedar orchard, and sloped terraces filled with a richly layered mix of shrubs, perennials, and specimen trees.
